Target less compilers

Useful if you designed your own CPU. If your CPU is a stack computer your lucky! Then you can use the OpenBIOS FCODE Suite to compile FORTH code into a byte code stream. If you write a little "glue" program that translate the byte code to the SMAL32 assembly mnemonics you can use SMAL32 to generate the binary. Your own compiler suite is done in a few days!
